KentuckyOne Health: Dorothy Lockhart, a registered nurse, has been hired as the regional director for the KentuckyOne Health Partners Lexington market. Prior to joining KentuckyOne Health Partners, Lockhart served as director of cardiothoracic transplant and mechanical circulatory support at the University of Kentucky.
Kentucky Environmental Education Council: Billie D. Hardin, sustainability project manager for the Kentucky Community and Technical College System, has been named a member of the council, representing environmental interests.
The Lexington-Fayette Urban County Airport Board: Richard Moloney has been named to the 10-member board. Moloney, a Lexington native, serves as council member at-large for the Urban County Council. A former council member elected to represent the 11th district, Moloney has served seven terms over a 20-year period.
