Bingham Greenebaum Doll: Attorney Paula J. Shives has rejoined the firm as a member of the Economic Development practice group. She is a senior corporate attorney and will assist the firm from its Lexington office. Christopher Van Bever, an attorney, engineer and veteran of the energy and natural resources industries, has joined the firm. He will continue to represent coal, oil and gas, landholding and other energy, natural resources and commercial clients from the firm's Lexington office.
American Medical Association: Kentucky Medical Association board member Dr. Bruce Scott of Louisville has been elected vice speaker of the AMA. Scott also serves on the KMA Long Range Planning Committee and is immediate past president of the Greater Louisville Medical Society. Dr. Glenn Loomis, president and chief executive officer at St. Elizabeth Physicians in Northern Kentucky, has been reappointed to the AMA's Council on Long Range Planning and Development. Patrick Padgett, executive vice president of the Kentucky Medical Association in Louisville, has been elected chair of the Litigation Center of the American Medical Association and State Medical Societies. KMA board member Dr. J. Gregory Cooper of Cynthiana has been named chair of the Southeast Delegation to the American Medical Association. Cooper is also a member of the KMA Awards Committee and Commission on Legislative and Political Advocacy.
Everything But the House: Todd Jones and Cheryl Eadens have been named relationship managers and will serve as liaisons between the Cincinnati-based company and bidders and sellers in the Lexington market.
