Kentucky Youth Advocates: Terry Wilson, GEAR UP Promise Neighborhood service coordinator for Clay, Jackson and Owsley counties, has been elected to a two-year term as chair of the board of Kentucky Youth Advocates, a statewide, child advocacy organization that aims to improve the lives of children and families in the commonwealth through policy change.
