Kentucky Bank: Susan Dean has been named vice president, commercial banker. She will work with customers in Fayette and Madison counties. Karin Buchanan has returned to Paris as a mortgage originator. Buchanan has worked with Kentucky Bank and its clients for seven years, most recently in Georgetown. She has been in financial lending for 35 years.
PNC Mortgage: Lisa Smith has joined the company. She has more than 17 years' experience in the business.
KentuckyOne Health: Richard A. Schultz has been named chairman of the board of directors, and Jane J. Chiles has been named vice chair. Schultz succeeds Bob Hewett, who served as chairman since KentuckyOne's inception in 2012.
King & Schickli: Michael A. Meredith II has joined the firm as an associate. He concentrates his practice in the areas of patent, trademark and copyright law.
Bingham Greenebaum Doll: Young-Eun Park has joined the firm as an associate and is now a member of the litigation practice group. She will continue to build her business law practice from the Lexington office.
Green Motors: Rusty Slone has been named executive manager of Infiniti of Lexington.
