Police have arrested 15 of 19 people sought on drug charges in Lee County.
Operation UNITE, working with Lee County Sheriff Wendell Childers, conducted the undercover investigation that led to Wednesday's roundup.
The investigation targeted a 2-square-mile area of eastern Lee County, near the Breathitt County line, where a high number of alleged dealers were concentrated, according to a news release.
All but two of the cases involved Percocet pain pills that originated in Florida, said Dan Smoot, deputy director of Operation UNITE.
Authorities have said the problem of Kentuckians going to Florida to get pills is starting to wane because of new laws and tougher enforcement there, but the practice has not ended.
