Lexington police said Sunday there had been no arrests in the death of a man found in his Elsmere Park house on Saturday.
Douglas Saylor, 66, was found in a pool of blood in his kitchen by neighbors. Fayette County Coroner Gary Ginn declared the death to be a homicide. Ginn said on Saturday that possible weapons were found inside the house.
The official autopsy started in Frankfort on Sunday and was supposed to be finished by Monday, said Lt. Dean Marcum.
Investigators are still trying to piece together a timeline for Saylor's last days. Anyone with information in the case should call the Lexington police at 258-3600.
