Once the bill is paid, he will be able to manage on his income from Social Security.
■ Angela Gibbs, a case manager at the Rape Crisis Center, is working with a client who needs $750 to pay his past-due car payment.

His car is necessary to follow up on two promising job leads. Once he finds permanent employment, he will be financially stable.
