The Woodford Humane Society is accepting donations to reach its annual SAVE goal to provide food, shelter, and veterinary care for homeless pets at the facility.
Three generous donors have set a challenge goal of $55,000 to be matched by the public — creating $110,000 to help homeless animals. The SAVE Matching Gift and Endowment fund helps the Woodford Humane Society promote its mission of SAVE: Spay/neuter, Adopt, Volunteer and Educate.
Contributions can be made to the SAVE Fund by donating to the Woodford Humane Society on or before Dec. 31. To qualify for the SAVE Matching Fund, gifts must be $100 or more and earmarked for SAVE.
