The Louisville Mandolin Orchestra, under the direction of Bob Elkins, will be in concert at St. John's Episcopal Church, 210 North Main Street, Versailles, at 4 p.m. Sunday. The event is free.
Scenic Railroad announces schedulefor its 2014 season
The Bluegrass Scenic Railroad in Versailles has a new schedule of events for the 2014 season, including Springtime Saturday train rides each Saturday in April and May. Then, ride the train with the Easter Bunny on April 19. Mothers ride for a half-price fare on the May 11 Mother's Day train. A new Picnic Train (advance purchase only) departs for the Life Adventure Center at noon May 24.
June events include a Civil War train, a Father's Day special, the Mystery Train, and a visit by Ronald McDonald.

Jack Jouett archaeology team needs help
Registration for the Jack Jouett archaeology team is ongoing. Participants of all ages, skills, interests and physical capabilities are welcome. Volunteer opportunities include excavation, artifact processing, database entry, event hosting and support, archival field trips, document transcription, exhibit creation and outreach.
