County cleanup kicks off Saturday
The annual county cleanup is a way for residents of Jessamine County to dispose of many types of household debris. Citizens are encouraged to bring their debris to either the Jessamine County Road Department on Longview Drive or Witt Lane in Wilmore. Both sites are open 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily except Sunday from Saturday through March 28. Curbside pickup is available for Nicholasville and county residents. The Jessamine Creative Art League is presenting Two Lives Intersect, an exhibit of paintings by Howard Fain and the photography of Shug Stratton, through March 28 at Polvino Family Art Center, 109 South Main Street, Nicholasville.
