Main Street Clean Sweep Friday
Help beautify downtown Nicholasville at the Main Street Clean Sweep from noon to 4 p.m., Friday. The Nicholasville gathering point is J’s Place, 101 South Main Street. This annual event, which coincides with Earth Day, is a community-led litter clean-up in towns throughout Central Kentucky. Clean-ups will be held rain or shine. Highbridge Film Festival Saturday

The Highbridge Film Festival will be at 7:30 p.m. Saturday in Hughes Auditorium at Asbury University in Wilmore. The festival showcases student submissions and is dedicated to expressing and exploring the human condition through the power of visual story.
