A Winchester plant that makes halogen lighting components will close in 2017 in a move that will affect 95 employees, a company spokesman said Wednesday. The closing of the Ledvance plant (formerly known as Osram Sylvania) will close over a period of 10 months, company spokesman Glen Gracia said in a statement. About 10 “non-manufacturing employees” will be able to work at a sister plant in Versailles.
