The on ramp to Interstate 75 South at Paris Pike was shut down for a couple of hours late Friday night after a crash.
Three people were taken to University of Kentucky Hospital after the driver of an SUV lost control on the ramp and hit a rock wall, said Lt. Scott Blakely of the Lexington police.
The injuries were non-life-threatening, Blakely said.
One person had to be extricated from the vehicle. Blakely said road conditions and alcohol might have been a factor in the collision.
The crash happened just before 10 p.m., and the ramp was re-opened by midnight.
