The Bluegrass 10,000 and Fourth of July Festival on Monday will have the following impact on traffic:
Main Street will be closed from Midland Avenue to Mill Street from 6 to 11 a.m. and 1:30 to 5 p.m., and from Mill to Broadway from 1:30 to 5 p.m.

Short Street will be closed from Mill Street to Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. and from MLK to Eastern Avenue from 7 to 11 a.m.
Midland Avenue will be closed from East Third to Main streets from 5 to 8:30 a.m. and 11:45 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Vine Street will be closed from Broadway to Midland Avenue from 7 to 11 a.m.
Rose Street will be closed from High to Short streets from 7 to 11 a.m. and 1:30 to 4 p.m.
Quality Street will be closed from Main to Water streets from 5 to 11 a.m. and 2 to 5 p.m.
Esplanade will be closed from Main to Short streets from 5 to 11 a.m and 2 to 5 p.m.
Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard will be closed from High to Short streets from 7 to 11 a.m. and 2 to 5 p.m.
Limestone will be closed from Vine to Barr streets from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. and from High to Vine streets from 7 to 11 a.m.
Upper Street will be closed from Church to Vine streets from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Mill Street will be closed from Short to High streets from 7 to 11 a.m.
Oliver Lewis Way will be closed from Main to Manchester streets from 9:30 to 10:30 p.m.
SIGNIFICANT TRAFFIC IMPACT
The outer loop exit ramp from New Circle Road onto Harrodsburg Road will be closed from 7 p.m. Thursday until 5 a.m. July 11.
Lanes of Cooper Drive between University Drive and South Limestone will be blocked through Thursday to repair an overhead pedway. But at least one travel lane will be open in each direction.
One lane and sidewalk of East Maxwell Street will be blocked at Rose Street until July 12 to rebuild the curb and sidewalks.
The left turn lane of the outer loop of New Circle Road at Palumbo Drive will be closed from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. Tuesday through July 13 for utility work.
The inbound right turn lane and inbound through lanes of Nicholasville Road will be diverted to the center lane between Cherokee Park and Hiltonia Park from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 17 while a crane moves equipment at Central Baptist Hospital.
One lane at a time of High Street will be closed between Kentucky and South Hanover avenues from Tuesday to July 22 to replace power poles.
The westbound lane of Penmoken Park between Nicholasville Road and the end of street will be blocked for water main work until July 15.
The eastbound lane of Huguelet Drive will be closed between South Limestone and Rose Street — just past the entrance to the Kentucky Clinic parking garage — through Aug. 5 for construction work. Westbound Huguelet will remain open, and traffic from eastbound Huguelet will be detoured to Washington Street.
The left turn lane on West Main Street between South Broadway and West Vine Street will be partially blocked for work on the Triangle Park renovation until July 18.
