Festiva Latino de Lexington, which will be at the Robert F. Stephens Courthouse Plaza from 7-11 p.m. Friday and 5-11 p.m. Saturday will have the following impact on traffic: Martin Luther King Boulevard and Barr Street will be closed from the front of the courthouse to Limestone.
Some congestion can be expected in downtown Lexington between 4:30-7:30 p.m. Thursday due to Central Bank Thursday Night Live.

The Division of Traffic Engineering installed three-way stop sign controls at the intersection of Pink Pigeon Parkway and Plaudit Place on Friday. Motorists should use caution at the intersection while traffic adjusts to the new traffic control measures.
SIGNIFICANT TRAFFIC IMPACT
One lane at a time of Alexandria Drive will be blocked between Cross Keys Road and Antietam Road on Monday for milling and paving.
The outbound right lane of Versailles Road will be closed at Mason Headley Road and the left-turn lane on Mason Headley will be diverted through Thursday for traffic signal work.
The right outer westbound lane of West New Circle Road will be blocked at Old Paris Road on Monday for traffic signal work.
Old Paris Road will be closed between North Broadway and Strawberry Fields Road from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. through Sept. 23, while the overhead railroad bridge is refurbished. A detour will be in place.
At least one travel lane of Cooper Drive will be open in each direction between University Drive and South Limestone Street while repairs are being made to the overhead pedway. Work will be performed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. through Sept. 30.
The left parking lane and the left travel lane of East Main Street will be blocked 24 hours a day, seven days a week from Rose Street to South Martin Luther King Boulevard. The blockage will extend through Friday and is for streetscape work.
One lane at a time of Clays Mill Road will be blocked between Twain Ridge Drive and Weber Way on Monday for milling and paving.
MODERATE TRAFFIC IMPACT
The following streets will be blocked one lane at a time through Friday for milling and paving:
Cross Keys Road, between Traveller Road and Parkers Mill Road.
Darien Drive, between Alexandria Drive and Traveller Road.
Maywick Drive, between Beacon Hill Road and Antietam Road.
Roanoke Road, between Alexandria Drive and Maywick Drive.
Uhlan Court, between South Broadway and the end of the street.
Montavesta Road between Pepperhill Road and Wood Valley Court.
Pepperhill Road between Montavesta Road and Simcoe Drive.
Montavesta Road between Pepperhill Road and Fleetwood Drive.
Montavesta Road between Mount Drive and Montavesta Place.
Lanes of Morgan Avenue will be blocked as needed between Bryan Avenue and Oak Hill Drive through Sept. 23 for utility work.
The eastbound lane of Russell Avenue will be blocked as needed between East Bell Court and Indiana Avenue through Friday for utility work.
The northbound lane of Bell Place will be blocked between Russell Avenue and Boonesboro Avenue through Friday for utility work.
The parking lane on the west side of Bellaire Avenue will be blocked between West Sixth Street and the end of the street through Sept. 30 to install a water line.
One lane at a time of Delmar Avenue will be blocked between Russell Avenue and Boonesboro Avenue through Friday for utility work.
The westbound lane of Oak Hill Drive will be blocked between Morgan Avenue and Locust Avenue through Friday for utility work.
The right lane of Morgan Avenue will be blocked between Bryan Avenue and Oak Hill Drive through Sept. 23 for utility work.
The right outbound lane of West Main Street will be blocked between North Broadway and Algonquin Street from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. through Thursday for roof repairs to Victorian Square.
