Traffic could be congested downtown near the Fifth Third Bank Pavilion at Cheapside Park from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday for Central Bank Thursday Night Live.
The Division of Engineering issued land disturbance (grading) permits for the following addresses Aug. 3-9: 1901 Appomattox Road, 2531 Old Rosebud Lane, 1893 Falling Leaves Lane, 3275 Polo Club Boulevard, 223 Owsley Avenue, 197 Old Woolen Mill Lane, 1305 Prather Road, 1889 Falling Leaves Lane, 4633 Windstar Way and 509 Ravenna Lane. Permits are issued for six months and can include some blasting.

SIGNIFICANT TRAFFIC IMPACT
The outbound lane of Georgetown Street will be closed at Newtown Pike from Tuesday through Friday for sewer work. A detour is in place.
One lane of Angliana Avenue will be blocked between Versailles Road and South Broadway through Monday to build a curbed island.
Both lanes of Cedar Street will be blocked between South Broadway and Plunkett Street and both lanes of Plunkett Street will be blocked between Bolivar Street and Cedar Street from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. through Aug. 31 for sewer line installation.
There will be a rolling blockage in the right outbound lane of South Broadway between Pine Street and West High Street through Monday to install gas mains.
MODERATE TRAFFIC IMPACT
There will be a rolling blockage affecting the eastbound lane of Alexandria Drive between Leestown Road and the railroad through Aug. 24 for utility work.
The far right off-street parking lane of South Martin Luther King Boulevard will be blocked at all times at East Maxwell Street through Saturday for remodeling work at Good Samaritan Hospital.
The northwestbound lane of Sparks Road will be closed between Delaware and Lagonda avenues through Sept. 3 for utility work.
One lane at a time of Morgan Avenue between Bryan Avenue and Oak Hill Drive will be blocked from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. through Aug. 31 for sewer work.
