Food stamp cuts affect struggling Kentucky residents

Jeff Howard, 57, of Lexington is among the 47 million people who are affected by government cuts to the SNAP, which is said to be the largest wholesale cut in the program since Congress passed the first Food Stamps Act in 1964. He is filling the gap with assistance from God's Pantry Food Bank.
