Say hi to Big 'L'
The Lexington Legends' annual Fan Fest marks the day that individual game tickets for all 70 Legends home games will be on sale for the first time. It's free from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Whitaker Bank Ballpark. There will be inflatables for the kids, giveaways, a mustache-making station and a vote on new concession stand menu items. One of the candidates: the "Hot Brown Dog."
Shuffle kicks off St. Paddy's Day hoopla
Lexington goes green with the city's St. Patrick's Irish Festival. The Shamrock Shuffle 3K starts at 8 a.m. on Vine Street.
