Classic film series returns for the summer
The Kentucky Theatre's Summer Classics Series starts with Blade Runner (The Final Cut). Shows are at 1:30 and 7:15 p.m. at the theater, 214 East Main Street. Tickets are $6 and available in advance online. The weekly movies run through Sept. 2 and include such classics as Wizard of Oz, E.T., Big Lebowski and The Sound of Music. (Kentuckytheater.com)

Time for the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Country Fair
A late spring tradition continues this week at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 1750 Summerhill Drive. There will be carnival rides and games, pony rides and a petting zoo, a rummage sale, a casino and bingo, raffles and prizes, food vendors and live music. Times are 6 to 11 p.m. Thursday and Friday, 2 to 11 p.m. Saturday, 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday. Admission is $1 each day except Sunday, when it's free. (Setonchurch.com)
School's (finally) out, Class of 2015 graduates
Because of snow days, the last day of school at Fayette County Public Schools is a bit later than normal. So are graduation ceremonies (all at Rupp Arena) for the city's five high schools. Here's the schedule:
Friday: 4 p.m., Lafayette; 7 p.m., Tates Creek.
Saturday: 10 a.m., Bryan Station; 1 p.m., Henry Clay; 4 p.m., Paul Laurence Dunbar.
Two movie options to choose from
