A replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C., will be on display at the Kentucky Horse Park July 9-12.
The American Veterans Traveling Tribute Vietnam Wall exhibits the names of members of the military who died during the war.
"We hope that no one misses this opportunity to see this replica of our most popular and moving national memorial," Kentucky Department of Veterans Affairs Commissioner Heather French Henry said.
The 300-foot-long replica will be open 24 hours a day from noon on July 9 through 3 p.m. July 12.
"There are many people who can't go to Washington to see the memorial," Lexington Mayor Jim Gray said. "This gives people who have never seen the memorial and our entire community an opportunity to pay our respects and say thank you."
