MAJOR TRAFFIC IMPACT
Alumni Drive from Nicholasville to Tates Creek roads will be closed 24 hours a day to through traffic through Sept. 1 to reconfigure and upgrade the roadway. Local access will be maintained.
North Upper Street between West Short and West Main streets will be closed 24 hours a day through July 31 for material staging and building renovation on the 21C Museum Hotel. Traffic will be detoured to North Martin Luther King Boulevard.
Rose Street between Columbia Avenue and Huguelet Drive will be closed 24 hours a day through Sept. 1 for construction of the University of Kentucky's new science building.
SIGNIFICANT TRAFFIC IMPACT
One lane at a time of Clays Mill Road between Keithshire Way and Waco Road will be blocked 24 hours a day through July 31 for the widening project.
The left lane of North Limestone between West Third and West Fifth streets will be closed through Aug. 14 for utility work.
Both lanes of North Upper Street at West Third Street will be blocked one lane at a time through Friday for utility work.
One lane of Palumbo Drive between Codell Drive and Todds Road will be blocked as needed through Monday to allow for painting.
The westbound lane of West Third Street between North Limestone and North Upper Street will be closed 24 hours a day through July 17 for utility work. Traffic will be detoured.
MODERATE TRAFFIC IMPACT
The southbound right lane of Hays Boulevard at Todds Road will be blocked through Friday for utility work.
One lane at a time of Woodland Avenue between Columbia and Hilltop avenues will be blocked as needed through July 17 for utility construction work.
