Video shows person who offered to sell Pappy; he is 'person of interest' in theft

There has been a break in the case of the purloined Pappy: Franklin County Sheriff Pat Melton on Wednesday released footage of a "person of interest" who he said offered to sell a large amount of Pappy Van Winkle to a Hardin County store.
