Authorities continue to search for an inmate who disappeared Wednesday night from Lexington's Blackburn Correctional Complex.
Timothy Day, 36, walked away from the minimum-security prison about 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, according to state corrections officials.
He was serving a 15-year sentence for two burglary convictions, officials said, and he would have been eligible for parole in May 2017.
Day is 5-foot-9, weighs about 250 pounds, and has brown hair and blue eyes.
Anyone with information about him is asked to call Kentucky State Police at (502) 227-2221 or Lexington police at (859) 358-3600.
