Financial firm owner to keep property after paying court $118,000 on bond for fugitive

Charles Kelly Buckley, owner of a Jessamine County financial advisory firm, paid Fayette Circuit Court $118,000 to keep his property after posting it as bond for fugitive John Buckley IV.
