A 31-year-old Indiana man was arrested Friday on a felony charge that he allegedly sought sex with a minor in Frankfort, according to a release from the state attorney general’s office.
Daniel Lynn Hackman was charged with one count of the prohibited use of an electronic communication system to procure a minor for sex. He was also charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Hackman was the subject of a two-week investigation. He is being held in Franklin County Regional Jail in lieu of a $10,000 full cash bond.
This is the attorney general office’s third cyber arrest in a week. The office announced the arrest of an Indiana man on Sept. 2 and the arrest of a Louisville man on Sept. 4.
