A Martin County woman was killed in a crash early Monday in Johnson County, according to Kentucky State Police.
Susan Hensley, 43, was driving south in a northbound lane of U.S. 23 at Hager Hill when her vehicle hit a tire on a tractor-trailer, police said.
Hensley's vehicle went off the road and overturned several times as it went down an embankment.
Johnson County Coroner J.R. Frisby pronounced Hensley dead at the scene.

Hensley was not wearing a seat belt, and alcohol was a possible contributing factor in the wreck, state police said.
