Former local radio personality Roy Daniel Baldridge pleaded guilty in Fayette Circuit Court on Friday to two counts of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor.
Two other counts of the same charge were dismissed. Prosecutors recommended he be sentenced to five years in prison on each count.
Police said they found more than 500 images of child pornography and erotica at Baldridge's home on Malabu Drive after they arrested him on unrelated firearms and stolen property charges in October. A grand jury dismissed the firearms and stolen property charges.
Baldridge, formerly known as "Dusty Dan" on country station 98.1 The Bull and a former personality on WLAP radio, is scheduled to be sentenced April 9.
