A Boyd County man was arrested Monday evening on felony drug charges.
Oscar Leach, 24, of Rush, was arrested Monday evening, state police said. He had two warrants, charging him with drug trafficking and failure to appear on a non-support charge. State police said he also was charged with fleeing and evading.
Leach was arrested following a traffic stop at the Super Quick in Cannonsburg. Police stopped a vehicle for a seat belt violation. A passenger got out of the vehicle and ran into a field while the trooper was writing a citation.
State police said a stun gun was used to stop Leach. He is being held at the Boyd County jail.
