Frankfort police have arrested one man and are looking for another in a shooting and sexual assault that occurred New Year's Eve.
Cameron Hagy, 21, was charged Thursday with criminal complicity to commit kidnapping, according to a news release.
Investigators were searching Tuesday for Corey McGrapth. Police have obtained an arrest warrant charging him with first-degree assault.
McGrapth is accused of shooting Selvin Ardon outside Eastwood Garden Apartments on Forest Hill Drive. Ardon was taken to University of Kentucky Chandler Hospital. His condition was not immediately available.

Police have said McGrapth and two other men kidnapped Ardon's girlfriend from the parking lot, sexually assaulted her and dropped her off in another part of Franklin County.
The investigation remains open, and additional charges are possible, the news release said.
