Initial autopsy results for Keturah Calcine Kearney, a Liberty woman found dead inside a Lexington home Sunday, did not show any signs of external or internal injuries.
Kearney's exact cause of death is still inconclusive, according to a report from the Fayette County coroner. Further tests, including toxicology tests, are pending, Deputy Coroner Miles White said.
Kearney, 25, was found in a home at 2117 Mangrove Drive. Homeowner Stephen Douglas Hill, 69, found her unresponsive and called police, according to police reports.
Hill, reached by phone Tuesday, said his attorney told him not to comment.
Kearney is survived by her husband, Richard, according to an obituary from McKinney-Brown Funeral Home in Liberty, who is handling arrangements.
Visitation will be held at 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Galilean Home Ministries chapel at 712 South Fork Road in Liberty. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at South Fork Baptist Church at the same address.
