Police have arrested a Laurel County man suspected of harassing children who were waiting to board a school bus near London, according to a news release from Laurel County Sheriff John Root.
Roy Lee Hensley, 32, is charged with menacing, according to the news release.
Officers from Root's office and the London police arrested Hensley Thursday morning.
The investigation started after a man reportedly harassed elementary school students waiting to get on a bus just outside the city limits early on March 15. The man reportedly chased the students around some trees and tried to grab their backpacks, police said.

At the time, investigators said alcohol or drug use might be a factor.
Hensley was being held in the Laurel County Detention Center.
