Kentucky State Police have brought one of three murder suspects back from Ohio to face charges in the 2005 murder of a Fleming County couple.
Jason S. Jackson, 33, of Hillsboro is charged with two counts of murder, one count of robbery 1st degree, tampering with physical evidence and burglary 1st degree, according to a release from the state police.
Jackson was arrested in Xenia, OH, in May along with Rodney Dodson, 36, and Ronald Fairchild, 43. All three were fighting extradition. The three are accused of killing Donald Walker, 43, and Marlane Mauk, 23, both of Fleming County in May 2005.
Kentucky State Police have said theft and drugs were the motives for killing Walker, while Mauk was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Jackson was being held at the Mason County Detention Center.
