Police arrested the brother of a murder suspect Tuesday after the brother cursed in court, according to a news release from Laurel County Sheriff John Root.
Josh Owens, 30, of Stilesville, Ind., was charged with disorderly conduct.
Owens' brother Jeremy Owens, 32, of Laurel County, is charged with killing their grandmother, Bernice Champlin, 74, at her home in Laurel County.
The woman was badly beaten in the face, stabbed and shot in the head July 27, police said.

Jeremy Owens had a preliminary hearing Tuesday. Detective Billy Madden testified that Owens admitted killing his grandmother.
At the end of the hearing, Josh Owens stood up in the courtroom and loudly uttered a profanity, according to a news release. Bailiffs arrested him.
Gilbert Acciardo Jr., spokesman for Root's office, said Owens presumably was angry that District Judge John Chappell forwarded his brother's case to the grand jury.
