A Corbin man has been sentenced to 14 years and two months in federal prison for manufacturing methamphetamine, federal officials have announced.
Ronald Dugger, 49, pleaded guilty to conspiring to make the drug and possessing equipment to make it.
Dugger had several prior criminal convictions, which influenced his lengthy sentence in the current case. Those prior crimes included using the mail to deliver meth, assault, bail-jumping and selling marijuana.
U.S. District Judge Gregory F. Van Tatenhove sentenced Dugger on Thursday.
