Two meth labs were uncovered in different parts of the state on Sunday.
Kentucky State Police Drug Enforcement Special Investigations and the state police drug task force dismantled a meth lab on the 500 block of Lee Keen Road in Scottsville after receiving an anonymous tip.
Another anonymous tip led state police, along with the Casey County Sheriff's Department, to 199 Westwood Drive in Liberty, where they found the ingredients for making meth.
Jimmy Couch, 44, of Liberty, was arrested and charged with manufacturing methamphetamine.
Never miss a local story.
State police said both investigations are continuing.
Residents may report suspected drug activity anonymously at the state police hotline, 1-800-367-3847.
