A fire on at an apartment building on Patchen Drive damaged at least six apartments Tuesday night.
The fire, at 218 Patchen Drive, started at about 9:07 p.m.
The first-floor apartment where the fire started was severly burned, but surrounding apartments suffered only smoke damage, said Battalion Chief Brent Frizzell of the Lexington Fire Department.
No injuries were reported.
Frizzell said the cause of the fire was under investigation.
