State police have charged a Russell County man in connection with setting a fire at a church, according to a news release.
Coleman Ray Miller, 19, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree arson, burglary, criminal mischief and receiving stolen property, state police said Friday.
Police said the fire at the Coffey Hill Friendship Church apparently was set after a burglary and vandalism at the building.
