State police were looking Monday night for a man who escaped from their custody after trying to start fights in the East Brook area of Harlan County. Joshua R. Holden, 28, was reportedly under the influence of illegal drugs and trying to fight with residents when police were called at 2:32 a.m. Monday, state police said in a news release.
Holden was only in custody for a short time before he escaped. He was last seen in the East Brook and Black Joe areas.
He is five-foot-eleven and 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
