A Lily woman was killed Monday evening in a head-on crash in Laurel County.
Brenda Creech, 59, was pronounced dead at the scene from head and chest injuries.
The crash happened about 6:27 p.m. on Ky. 192, about 12 miles west of London. Sheriff's deputies said the minivan that Creech was driving crossed the center line and collided with a Toyota Camry carrying two people.
The occupants of the Camry — Jessica Clark and Amber Tye — were taken to University of Kentucky Chandler Hospital with "serious multiple injuries," according to a news release from the Laurel County Sheriff's Office. Their conditions were not immediately available Tuesday.

Investigators do not know what caused Creech's van to cross the center line, the news release said.
Sgt. Richard Dalrymple, an accident reconstruction specialist with the sheriff's department, is investigating.
