A London man police had been seeking after numerous burglaries in northern Laurel County was arrested Sunday in a mobile home on Hensley Road.
Michael Holt, 25, was charged with first degree burglary and theft by unlawful taking. Police found "numerous items" in the mobile home that had been recently reported missing by residents in northern Laurel County, according to a news release from the Laurel County Sheriff's Office.
One of the alleged burglaries occurred Sunday, which prompted a 911 complaint that led police to Holt. Police received a report at about 9 p.m. Sunday that two men were chasing each other down Hensley Road with guns.
One of the men, who had been a victim of theft earlier that day, had confronted Holt at the mobile home, police said.
The allegedly stolen property police found at the mobile home included jewelry, chainsaws, weed trimmers, jewelry boxes and other items.
More potential victims have come forward as Sheriff John Root continues to investigate.
