A Boyle County grand jury has indicted a man on two counts of murder and one count of first-degree assault in connection with May 21 shootings in Danville.
Thomas Wayne Hager Jr., 39, is charged in the deaths of Ted Sparks, 54, of Danville, and Mark Snyder, 21, of Waynesburg.
Another man, Phillip White, 37, of Lancaster, was wounded in the shooting.
Hager also was indicted on one count of tampering with physical evidence, accused of trying to dispose of the weapon used in the killings.
Hager might be arraigned in Boyle Circuit Court as early as July 10.
Kentucky State Police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the death of Clint Disken, 31, who once lived with Hager near Hustonville. Disken's remains were found May 25 on the Lincoln County property. He was last seen alive on March 3 in Harrodsburg.
