When a Laurel County resident returned home to find an unfamiliar pickup truck parked in his yard, he apparently interrupted a burglary. Two men have been arrested.
It happened Tuesday night, according to the Laurel County Sheriff's Department.
Deputies said the homeowner returned from church to find the strange truck in his front yard; his motorcycle had been removed from a shed.
Officers said thieves apparently were about to load the motorcycle and other items into the truck. They fled when the homeowner arrived.
An investigation led to the arrests of Finley Hall, 35, of Keavy, and David Hollingsworth, 48, of Corbin, the sheriff's department said.
Hollingsworth and Hall were charged with third-degree burglary and were being held in the Laurel County jail.
