Kentucky State Police at Harlan are investigating a crash Sunday night that killed a 95-year-old woman.
Police said Eula N. Brock, of Harlan, died at the scene of the crash on U.S. 421 in Harlan County. She was not wearing a seat belt, police said.
Police said Brock was a passenger in a 2014 Buick Encore being driven by Christina Holbrook, 75, of the Baxter community in Harlan County.
Troopers said Holbrook was driving south on U.S. 421 about 6 p.m. when her car ran off the right side of the road and hit an embankment.
Holbrook was flown to the Holsten Valley Medical Center in Kingsport, Tenn. No word was available on her condition.
