Covington drug dealer pleads guilty to providing heroin that killed a man in 2013

A Covington man pleaded guilty Monday to distributing heroin resulting in death just days before a trial was set to begin. Timothy Tingle-Brown, 29, admitted to selling heroin to a man at an apartment in Taylor Mill on April 20, 2013, according to a United States Attorney's office news release. The man later died from an overdose.
