Truck freed from under railroad overpass on outbound North Broadway

A tractor-trailer has been removed from under a railroad overpass on outbound North Broadway, where it got stuck. The truck was heading toward New Circle Road when the driver learned that the truck was too tall to clear the space left by the overpass.
