A Pulaski County man who is accused of breaking out a car owner's windows faces several charges, including attempted murder, stemming from an altercation after the owner confronted him.
Hubbert Earl Dugger, 36, was arrested Tuesday on outstanding warrants for an incident that happened on June 24, according to a news release from the Pulaski County Sheriff.
On June 24, Dugger allegedly used a club to break out the windows of a vehicle on Falcon View Trail. The owner of the vehicle went outside after hearing the glass break and was attacked by Dugger who was wielding a knife, the release said.
The owner, who had a wooden stick, knocked Dugger unconscious. Dugger was taken away by friends.

In addition to attempted murder, Dugger is charged with criminal mischief, third-degree assault, first-degree wanton endangerment, driving under the influence, fleeing and evading and several counts of being a persistent felony offender, according to the release.
Dugger was being held in the Pulaski County jail on $480,000 bail.
