A 37-year-old Boyd County man is facing a child-pornography charge, according to Attorney General Jack Conway's office.
Sean Graham is charged with one count of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor. He was arrested by Conway's cybercrimes unit at his Ashland home Wednesday morning after investigators executed a search warrant stemming from an investigation last month. Investigators seized computers believed to contain files depicting children engaged in sexually explicit conduct, Conway's office said.
Possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, a Class D felony, carries a penalty of one to five years in jail. Graham was being held in the Boyd County Detention Center on a $10,000 bond.
