A Green County High School math teacher is facing charges of sexual abuse.
Thomas Williams, 27, of Russell Springs, is charged with three counts of first-degree sexual abuse, according to Kentucky State Police.
Williams turned himself in at the Taylor County jail after troopers served an indictment warrant Wednesday afternoon.
The indictment warrant resulted from an investigation in March after allegations of inappropriate contact with a student. Williams is currently under suspension from the Green County school system, the release said.
