A Georgetown man accused of shooting and killing a 15-year-old girl was indicted Friday on a murder charge by a Scott County grand jury.
Morgan was at a sleepover at a mobile home in Stamping Ground when Davidson fired a gun into the house, hitting the girl and endangering another person inside, police said.
Morgan was a freshman at Scott County Ninth Grade Center, part of Scott County High School. Her funeral was Thursday in Georgetown.

Davidson was also indicted on charges of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, first-degree wanton endangerment, fleeing or evading police, tampering with evidence and being a persistent felony offender.
Davidson was apprehended and charged with murder after a police chase ended at Capital Mobile Home Park in Franklin County, according to the criminal citation. Georgetown police initially found and tried to stop the suspect vehicle after a witness provided a description.
Davidson was also charged with parole and probation violations, according to Scott County jail records.
He was previously convicted of drug trafficking in 2014 and sentenced to five years in prison, according to state prison records. Parole was recommended in December 2014 with a proposed release date of February 2015.
