Transylvania University student Paola Garcia posted the plea for help on YouTube after the school declined to punish a classmate who urged people on Facebook to report her to immigration officials. Garcia is in the U.S. legally under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program. The video contains some strong language.

Kentucky Attorney General Andy Beshear said on Wednesday, June 7, 2017, that he's giving Gov. Matt Bevin seven days to rescind an order that reorganized several education boards last week. If Bevin refuses, Beshear said he will sue the governor to overturn Bevin's order.
